Routine 1 - Keep Losing on the Doubles?
If you are lose matches on doubles. This one is for you. Cost around 25-30 minutes. Do it at least 5x per week for more then 100 days
One dart at each double (3 rounds)
20 10 5
18 9 B
16 8 4
14 7 B
12 6 3
10 5 B
8 4 2
We gonna play best of 9 with 2 dart finishes
25 best of 9 then we go to these numbers
41 48 50 52 56 60 61 64 68
To finish this of we gonna play 101 in 6 or 9 darts. 101 best of 11 legs
Do all of this and 100% your doubles gonna get better
Routine 2 - Circuit Practice
- 10 rounds of bulls
- 1 round of doubles
- 1 round of cricket
- 40-50 finishing
Bulls : for every 25 you get 1 point. For every bullseye 2 points
Doubles : you throw 1 dart on every double 1 to 20 and bullseye, for every hit double you get 1 point
Cricket : you throw on every number 3 darts. 20,19,18,17,16,15 bull. For every single you get 1 point, Double 2 points & treble 3 points.
40-50 : 3 darts for every finish. For every hit you get 1 point.
Count up all your points together and try to beat your score the next round.
Routine 3 - Pro Finish Drill
This is a drill that I use for pro players. But can be used on every level.
- you start on the finish 8
- U have 6 darts to finish it
- if you hit it. You move up +1 and the darts that you have left over. So finish 8 in 1 dart. You go up 6 points
So now you are on 14. You finish 14 with 5 darts. Now you go up by 2 points. So 16 etc. If you miss you drop down 1 points and you lose a life.
How many lives do you have? Start with 5 lives and see how you get on with this finishing game
With the pro players I use 0 lives. And they need to beat at least 110
